SWI has utilized PRS for many years to manage and track problem reports and change requests for both internal and external projects.  PRS provides a vital level of project control and oversight to ensure that all technical and project issues are documented, addressed and verified.

Features include the ability for users to enter defects and report on defects for their project.  Alerts are provided via email on defect entry or modification.  The system also has the ability to provide a notification email to other interested parties.
